Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@grannyp.ca

 if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can work with you to resolve whatever the issue is. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to offer a return policy. 

Please note: If you select curb side pickup at checkout, your order will only be held until the expiry date of the product. If you do not pickup prior to then we will have to discard of the expired product and you will have to place a new order. No refund will be issued.
