Granny P’s Reset Circle - January 31st 9:30am - 1:30pm @ 38 Adelaide st N unit 3 London ON N7M 4K3

Rest. Release. Restore.
Rooted in Ancestral Wisdom

It has long been our dream to offer more than sea moss.

Just as our sea moss gel is crafted from a five-generation recipe, Granny P’s Reset Circle was created to share ancestral healing practices passed down through generations—knowledge that has lived in our family long before it became a product or a brand.

This 4–5 hour, one-day immersive wellness circle is led by Sharon Palacio, daughter of Rose Zacharias Palacio, affectionately known as Granny P, upon whose life and wisdom this business was built. Sharon is also the mother of Mystery Furtado, founder and owner of Granny P’s.

Sharon holds a Master’s degree in psychology with extensive training in mental health, but her deepest training comes from lived experience. For over 30 years, she has held healing circles, supported menopausal women, and facilitated herbal baths for women from around the world. She learned directly from her father, a herbalist known for working with traditional bitters, and from her mother and great grandmother, observing and practicing ancestral healing methods passed down through generations. She recalls these teachings clearly and has witnessed their benefits firsthand.

Sharon will be sharing this knowledge alongside Mystery, inviting community into a space of learning, reflection, and restoration.

This is not about being false prophets or claiming ownership over healing. We are here as guides, walking this path with respect for our Garifuna ancestors, and with humility toward the knowledge entrusted to us.

✨ What to Expect

We begin the day with a carefully blended herbal tea, marking the start of a 21-day detox journey. Participants are encouraged to fast if possible and are welcome to practice intermittent fasting beforehand. Guidance on preparation will be shared.

Together, we will explore detoxing the mind, body, and soul through ancestral African knowledge—understanding why detox matters and how it has been practiced across generations.

The day includes:

  1. Guided teachings and reflection
  2. A release session
  3. Nourishing lunch
  4. A take-home kit to support the next 21 days

Participants will also be invited to continue the journey through a private community on the Skool app (details shared at the event).

After the 21 days, we will rejoin for a closing and sharing circle, honoring what was released, restored, and revealed. From there, the next phase of the journey begins.

We anticipate hosting 3–4 additional sessions throughout the year, leading toward an ancestral herbal bath experience in Belize (November 17–22, 2026). Participation in Belize is not mandatory, but it represents the culmination of a year of learning, dedication, and practice. We look forward to continuing this journey together into 2027.

This is a journey of a thousand miles—and it begins on January 31.

🌿 Sliding Scale Pricing (Transparency & Access)

Sliding Scale Pricing (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

We believe that ancestral knowledge is meant to be shared, not gated. At the same time, we live in a world where space, food, materials, and labour cost money. We view money as a tool, not a measure of worth.

To honour both access and sustainability, we offer a transparent sliding scale so participants can choose what feels aligned for them.
